Escape to our chalet this winter in Arrowhead Lake

Relax in our spacious, airy three story mountain home. Here are the
features:

First story (rec level): 1 bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom, large
rec room with wet bar and 52 inch television with DVD/CD player,
full size washer and dryer, sleeper sofa (queen)

Second story (main level): 1 bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom,
living room with stone fireplace (gas) and television (video game),
large deck in front and smaller deck off kitchen with propane grill.

microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposer, coffee
maker)

Third level (loft level): 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins), full
bathroom, loft with television (with vcr and video game) and sleeper
sofa (full)

All levels above ground. Large circular driveway.

This is a non-smoking house. No pets.

Arrowhead Lakes has three outdoor pools (2 heated) and two lakes.
The pools are manned with lifeguards. There are five sandy beaches
on the two lakes, also manned by lifeguards. Boats can be rented at
the beaches. The lake contains large- and small-mouth bass,
pickerel, perch, and sunfish. In winter, the lake is open for ice
skating (conditions permitting and at your own risk). There are
also playgrounds, basketball courts, and tennis courts throughout
the community, many located near the pools and beaches. The
community also holds a number of activities, such as bingo and movie
night, that are open to all residents and guests.

Arrowhead lakes is a gated community, and a roving security detail
patrols the community.

Arrowhead Lakes is located 15 minutes from Jack Frost and the Big
Boulder/Split Rock resort areas and 25 minutes from Camelback.
There is skiing at all three areas, golf at Split Rock, paintball at
Skirmish (25 minutes away), and a water park at Camelback. A
convenience store is just outside the entrance of the community, and
a grocery store is 10 minutes away. There are several restaurants
within a 20 minute drive.

Within the Pocono area (a 30 minute radius) you will find outlet and
mall shopping, horseback riding, NASCAR racing (Pocono Raceway),
hiking trails, whitewater rafting, and a variety of local events,
such as music and craft festivals.

Winter rates: $1000. per week; $500. per weekend (2 nights)
extra night- $100.
MLK and President's weekend (3 nights) - $750.
