Vacation Rental Description

Your very own, tastefully decorated, Gulf-Front paradise is just 6 
miles from the heart of Destin on it's very own island, Okaloosa 
Island.  The area is renowned for the Gulf of Mexico's emerald-green 
waters and its "sugar-white" beaches. The Island is conveniently 
located close to Outlet shopping, dining, golf, the Gulfarium (see a 
dolphin show!), amusement and water parks, as well as every 
imaginable water sport the whole family can enjoy.

Paradise and tranquility begin when you arrive at our beautiful 5th 
floor Gulf-Front unit. We have just totally redecorated with all new 
paint, furniture, washer/dryer, and bedding. Don't be fooled by 
other 2 bedroom units. Our complex has the largest square footage 
for a 2 bedroom in the Fort Walton Beach area (1453 square feet) and 
has an additional 30 foot private balcony overlooking the gulf to 
capture those magnificent sunrises and sunsets. 

Your paradise boasts 30 feet of gulf frontage with both the master 
bedroom and living area on the gulf.  The master suite has a king-
size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has 2 queen pillow-top 
beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.  Need 
to do some laundry while vacationing??? Not a problem, we have a 
laundry room in our condo with new full-size washer and dryer. Unit 
is equipped with TV's in bedrooms and living area + DVD player, 
stereo and Nintendo gaming system for the children.

You'll find all the amenities of home, so just bring your bathing 
suits and beach towels and enjoy!

We are centrally located in the heart of the Island and our complex 
offers 435 feet of beach enjoyment, lighted tennis courts, a heated 
pool (in the off-season), kiddie pool, and covered parking under our 
elevated tennis court.

As new owners, we hope you find our piece of paradise as soothing 
and enjoyable as we do, and you, too, create lasting memories!!!

No smoking or pets allowed.

We also have 1 and 2 bedroom gulf-front units and  2/2 and 3/2 gulf-
view units on the Island, a 3/3 gulf front unit and a 2/2 gulf-view 
unit in Destin, a 3/3 gulf-front in Perdido Key, and two new 1/2 
gulf-front units in Panama City.

Gulf-Front in Destin at Silver Shells, a 2/2 new unit at Ariel Dunes 
in Destin, a new 1/2 at SPLASH in Panama City, and another new unit 
1/2 at Emerald Beach Resort to be complete during spring of 2007.
