This large three-story detached home sits on 1/3 of an acre only 400 feet from getting your feet wet in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Great Room with large Kitchen, has 20 foot high juniper ceilings and a large window wall providing a panoramic view of the Gulf.  Overlooking the Great Room is a sleeping loft with a king bed and half bath. This is all topped by a cupola that provides abundant light.

This room is large enough for our portable air mattress if desired. The newly rebuilt 750 SF lower level includes another Master sized bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and full bath with a large tiled shower and bench. A separate area contains a kitchen and living room with queen-sized sleeper sofa.

We accept Credit Cards for Payment with a 3% processing fee but prefer checks.
Check-in time is 4 PM and Check-out time is 10 AM.
A cleaning fee of $175.00 per rental period is payable to the cleaning service.  Linen fee extra depending on excess usage.
11.5% sales tax added to rental rates.
We do accept some pets with prior approval and an extra non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet, up to two pets only.
Nightly rental available for 20% of weekly rate (two night minimum).
Deposit of one half of total rent & tax is due at time of reservation.
Remaining half of rent, including 11.5% tax and Security Deposit, is due four weeks prior to check-in.
Security Deposit of $500 is refundable if no damage. The total number of persons allowed in home at any time is restricted to the number mutually agreed upon at time of rental. If this number is exceeded, your security deposit will be forfeited.
This is a non-smoking home/yard. Your security deposit will be forfeited for cleaning and damages if any signs of smoking are found anywhere on the premises.
Cancellation - If the home cannot be re-rented, your Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is within 4 weeks of rental date then the entire amount of rent will be forfeited unless home can be re-rented.
In the unlikely event of mandatory evacuation for tropical storms, rent will be prorated for your actual nights of occupancy.
