Nightly rental available for 20% of weekly rate off season only (three night minimum).

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this home unless with family.
We accept Credit Cards for Payment with a 3% processing fee but prefer checks.
Check-in time is 4 PM and Check-out time is 10 AM.
A cleaning fee of $225.00 per rental period is payable to the cleaning service.  Linen fee extra depending on excess usage.
11.5% sales tax added to rental rates.  
We do accept some pets with prior approval and an extra non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet, up to two pets only.
Deposit of one half of total rent & tax is due at time of reservation.
Remaining half of rent, including 11.5% tax and Security Deposit, is due four weeks prior to check-in.
Security Deposit of $500 is refundable if no damage. The total number of persons allowed in home at any time is restricted to the number mutually agreed upon at time of rental. If this number is exceeded, your security deposit will be forfeited.
This is a non-smoking home/yard. Your security deposit will be forfeited for cleaning and damages if any signs of smoking are found anywhere on the premises.
Cancellation - If the home cannot be re-rented, your Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is within 4 weeks of rental date then the entire amount of rent will be forfeited unless home can be re-rented.
In the unlikely event of mandatory evacuation for tropical storms, rent will be prorated for your actual nights of occupancy.
