and laundry center. Nice backyard-patio area is great for kids-cookouts or just enjoying the great
San Diego weather. Remodeled open kitchen is fully equipped. Home is furnished in a bed and
breakfast style. It has central heat but no air conditioning is needed. This property is in a nice
neighborhood and is equal distance to downtown Carlsbad and downtown Oceanside!

$1,250 weekly, May-September up to six people. Extra people $100 per person per week.
Discounts for extended stays 3 weeks or more. 1 week stays preferred but owner may prorate.
$600 refundable security deposit.
$200 non-refundable cleaning fee (for normal wear and tear)
