baths with living room (with baby grand piano), family room, two full baths, seperate dining room
and laundry center. Nice backyard-patio area with netted gazebo for outdoor meals, and trampoline
and yard for kids-cookouts or just enjoying the great San Diego weather. Remodeled open kitchen is
fully equipped. Home is furnished in a bed and breakfast style. It has central heat portable air
conditioning. This property is in a nice neighborhood (park across the street) and is qual distance
to downtown Carlsbad and downtown Oceanside!

$1,600 weekly, May-September up to seven people. Extra people $100 per person per week.
Discounts for extended stays 3 weeks or more. 1 week stays preferred but owner may prorate.
$600 refundable security deposit.
$200 non-refundable cleaning fee (for normal wear and tear)
