retreat from the world and have a perfect vacation!
Located in the heart of Dillon on Lake Dillon next to the Marina.
Adjacent to the bike path connecting to Keystone, Breckenridge,
Copper Mountain and Vail.

Spacious one bedroom condo (sleeps 4) with comfortable king-size
bed, private deck, rock wall wood burning fireplace, private ski
closet, cable TV, DVD, stereo with CD, full kitchen, queen-size
sleeper sofa, and reserved covered parking for two cars. Clubhouse
with pool, hot tub, and sauna located in our building. Washers/dryers
are located in our building as well.

Enjoy year round access to the indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and
sauna in the clubhouse.For winter activities, we are central to
world-class skiing at Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain,
Arapahoe Basin, and Vail. There are endless winter opportunities
such as snowmobiling, cross country and back-country skiing,
snowshoeing, ice fishing, taking a sleigh ride, etc., all within a
short drive. For summer activities, the Dillon Marina rents
sailboats, kayaks, and pontoon boats and is right next to the Marina
Place complex. The Dillon Amphitheater, where you can enjoy free
concerts on Saturday nights and free educational programs on
Thursday nights throughout the summer, is also a short walk from
Marina Place. There is easy access to biking, walking, or
roller blading on the Lake Dillon bike path, which goes right by
Marina Place, linking to Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper
Mountain, and Vail. World-class hiking, fishing, horseback riding,
and mountain biking are within a short distance as well. There are
plenty of fourteeners to climb within a short drive.Year round, you
can walk to several good restaurants, a movie theater, and a bowling
alley. The Dillon and Silverthorne factory outlet stores are just a
few minutes drive away. The free Summit Stage Bus System, with a
stop just across the street, can be used to access the Breckenridge,
Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin Ski areas, the factory
outlet stores, and the towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, and
Silverthorne.

All rates include cleaning, taxes, and other fees except as noted below:
- A $60 cleaning fee will be added to all reservations less than three
nights - An additional fee of 4% of the total rental cost will be added to
payments made using PayPal - An additional charge of $15 will be added for reservations made less
than 14 days prior to arrival in order to mail keys by Express Mail
Reservations will be held for 7 days and require a deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost. Confirmation will be mailed out showing receipt of deposit, dates of stay, and balance due. The total amount for the rental period, including a security deposit of $200, is required 45 days before arrival. For reservations over one month, a $500 deposit is required to hold the reservation; 50% of total payment will be due 60 days prior and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required within one week of booking. When we have received full payment, we will send you an instruction packet with directions to the condo and information about the area; keys will be mailed approximately two weeks prior to arrival date. All payment should be in the form of a personal check, cashier's check, or money order.
For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival, a $50 fee
will be retained unless the unit can be rented for that time period.
Cancellations made 60 days or closer to the arrival date will result
in 50% forfeiture of money unless the unit can be rented for that
time period.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the date of
cancellation. Refunds will not be made for late arrivals or
checkouts prior to the original departure date.
Refund of the security deposit will be sent following the week of
checkout, once inspection for damage/repairs is completed and keys
are returned.
Pets/Smoking: Sorry, due to severe allergies of some of our guests
(and owners), neither pets nor smoking are allowed in our unit. The
security deposit will be forfeited if this is violated.
Keys will be mailed approximately two weeks prior to arrival and
after final payment is received. Keys shall be returned by mail.
Security deposit will be returned once keys have returned. Lost or
stolen keys will be charged to the guests at a rate of $50 per key
Check in time: 3 PM
Check out time: 11AM
Exceptions may be made if the unit is unoccupied and clean just
prior to arrival and no further cleaning or maintenance is required.
