All Decked Out is an awesome pet-friendly home with elevator and heated private
pool, and large fenced area.  Located in gated community on Cape San Blas.  Large patio area with gas grill and charcoal grill.  Very private setting - no neighboring houses see into deck or pool area.

Every bedroom has private deck and/or porch.  The beach boardwalk (and gazebo) is only shared by 4 houses plus across the Cape San Blas road, there is a community boardwalk to St Joseph Bay.  With a private heated swimming pool, your pool is always inviting, 3 screened porches, private decks and/or porches from every bedroom and an open roof top sun deck, with hammock.

There is a fenced area for the dogs. This spacious home makes for a wonderful
romantic getaway or it can easily accommodate the large extended family group. The numerous decks and porches allow guests to sit in the sun or shade, to view sunrises and sunsets and to take advantage of the breeze or be sheltered from it.

Everyone can have their own space if they want it, but there is lots of room for the larger group gatherings. Inside, there are several sitting areas for different groupings. The home has an elevator accessible to the first two floors. The large pool area is in a private setting, facing south, with a full bath and covered areae. No need to run wet through the house to use the bathroom or a private shower. There is a pool heater to keep the pool comfortable in the cooler season. The large patio area is fenced with sandy areas for your dogs to be with you.
This home has everything to make your vacation memorable. The main
floor living area, which is located on the second floor has an open floor plan, large kitchen, an electric fireplace, and walkout to the screen porch. The spacious living area has two
distinct sitting groups, one of which has a queen sized sleeper sofa.

Conveniently located on the main level, is a king bedroom with attached full bathroom.
The first floor has a beautiful master suite with king sized bed,
private open deck and screen porch. The master bath has separate
tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub, and double vanity.
The second bedroom on the first floor is a large bedroom with attached
full bath and private screen porch. There is a twin over double bed
and a double bed and a pack'n play available for your use. The room comes equipped with TV and DVD and 2 small bean chairs making it a great headquarters for the kids. With
its private screen porch and 2 full sized beds, it also makes it great
for a couple. The first floor also has a sitting area with futon (Nov 2012) and the
laundry facilities are conveniently located between the bedrooms.
On the third floor, is the 4th bedroom, with queen sized bed, separate
sitting area  and open sundeck. Imagine swinging on the hammock up at tree level and enjoying the view of the Gulf or sitting out under the night sky dotted with stars.
