Vacation Rental Description

All Decked Out is a new, awesome pet-friendly home is as the name
suggests, is “All Decked Out”.  Located in a gated community on Cape
San Blas, the home is set in very private setting with over 200 feet
to the nearest neighbor.  The home has access to a community beach
boardwalk only shared by 4 houses and a community boardwalk to St
Joseph Bay. With a private heated swimming pool, your pool is always
inviting, 3 screened porches,
private decks and/or porches from every bedroom and an open roof top
sun deck, this home has it all.   This spacious home was built in
2006, and makes for a wonderful romantic getaway or it can easily
accommodate the large extended family group.   The numerous decks and
porches allow guests to sit in the sun or shade, to view sunrises and
sunsets and to take advantage of the breeze or be sheltered from it.   

This home is a new rental offering starting in December 2007, so there
is lots of availability. 

Everyone can have their own space if they want it, but there is lots
of room for the larger group gatherings.  Inside, there are several
sitting areas for different groupings. 

The home has an elevator, and is fully handicap accessible to the
first two floors. 

The large pool area is in a private setting, facing south, with a full
bath and covered area, just outside the gate.   No need to run wet
through the house to use the bathroom or a private shower.  There is a
pool heater and solar cover to keep the pool comfortable in the cooler
season.  There is even a fenced dog run area being built and will be
in August 2008.

This home has everything to make your vacation memorable.  The main
floor living area, which is located on the second floor to maximize
views, has an open floor plan, large kitchen, a gas fireplace, and
walkout to the screen porch.   The spacious living area has two
distinct sitting groups, both of which have queen sized sleeper sofas.
  The main floor bedroom, has a queen sized bed, private south and
west facing deck and attached full bathroom.  

The first floor has a beautiful master suite with king sized bed,
private open deck and screen porch.  The master bath has separate
tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub, and double vanity. 

The second bedroom on the first floor is a large bedroom with attached
full bath and private screen porch.  There is a twin over double bed
and lots of room for a crib or playpen.    There is a pack’n play crib
available for your use.  There is also a little chair that folds out
to a cot for a child.   The room comes equipped with TV and DVD and 2
small bean chairs making it a great headquarters for the kids.  With
its private screen porch and full sized bed, it also makes it great
for a couple.  The second floor also has a nice sitting area and the
laundry facilities are well located between the bedrooms. 

On the third floor, is the 4th bedroom, with full sized bed, separate
sitting area with queen sized sleeper sofa and open sundeck.  Imagine
swinging on the hammock up at tree level and enjoying the view of the
Gulf or sitting out under the night sky dotted with stars.

 Of course, full kitchen and washer/dryer.  All
linens are provided.  Private decks from every bedroom, elevator,
heated private swimming pool.

Joseph Bay. 

Activities and Attractions

Lounge on the nearby beach with gazebo and walkway private to the
small beach community.  Swim in your own large pool that is heated for
an additional charge.  Watch sunrises and sunsets from the many decks
and porches of this beautiful home. 

There is a beautiful community walkway to St Joseph Bay.  It is a
scenic walk through the pines and palms to the bay, where you could
kayak, canoe or wade to get scallops in season. 

The golf course is only 5 miles away.

Lots of great restaurants and unique shopping within a short drive.

Normally weekly only, but offering shorter stays 4/12 to 5/3 
Spring Break - $1800 3/22 to 4/12/08
Summer Peak - $2,500, 5/24 to 8/16/08,  
Late Summer - $1,800, 8/16/08 to 9/06/08, Aug 23rd only $1600.
Fall $1600 9/06/2008 to 11/17/2008

Cleaning $175, Pet $100, If pool heating desired, additional heating
charges will apply.
