Located on Margarita Ave, just 100 yards from the Coronado Golf
Course. Enjoy a spacious, air-conditioned family home that wraps
around a gorgeous backyard/patio area and includes a large basement.
Just minutes from Hotel Del, the beach and Glorietta Bay.
This is a single story home that features four bedrooms and three
bathrooms. The master bedroom has a California King,
a second bedroom a king, the third a queen and the fourth, black
antique twin beds.
A newly remodeled kitchen with granite counters and new appliances
awaits you. Enjoy a book in the library, lounge in a large
comfortable living room or barbeque on the wonderful patio. Beyond
the patio is a large enclosed grass yard surrounded with gardens.
The basement is a whole space all to itself. It adds 4 twin beds,
plus a sitting and entertainment area with games and a
DVD/VHS TV.(pictures are available)
The home is in a very quiet neighborhood. A great place for
enjoyable family evenings or a gathering of friends.

honeymoon or just some time away. The beach is just blocks away.

restaurants.
A full marina with boating, sailing and Jet skis is 5 minutes away.
The world famous San Diego Zoo and the Padres' Petco Park is across
the bridge in San Diego. La Jolla and Sea World are just 15 minutes
further.
