Vacation Rental Description

Expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean and intercostal waterway. See the 
sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and the sunset 
over the intercoastal waterway from the master bedroom. Enjoy your 
favorite drink and listen to the sounds of the ocean from the 
balcony overlooking the swimming pool and ocean. Amelia Island 
Plantation is a 1,300 acre premier 4 Star resort with beautiful 
flora and live oak trees and marshlands, lakes and abundant with 
Florida bird life. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

You will enjoy this great condo on the top floor with cathedral 
ceilings with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom has a 
king bed, another has two twin beds and and one has a queen bed. You 
can watch one of three TV's, enjoy a video, DVD or read a favorite 
book from our collection. Enjoy the views of the ocean from 22 feet 
of windows in the living area where there is a sitting area, kitchen 
and dining room. You have unlimited domestic long distance calls.  
Bring your laptop and enjoy unlimited use of the state of the art 
wireless G Broadband connection from any room using our Linksys 
wireless system. 

Activities and Attractions

Amelia Island Plantation Resort is a 4 Star resort with a beautiful  
uncrowded beach and has many bike and walking trails, 3 golf 
courses, tennis courts, a fitness center, nature center, Spa& Shops 
and great restaurants within the resort. There is also a boat ramp 
and lakes where one can fish. 

We are a member of the Amelia Island Club which gives you the option 
of purchasing an Amenity Card from Amelia Island Plantation for the 
priviledge of using the golf courses, tennis and fitness center. You 
may purchase it on a daily basis or weekly for a fee from the Amelia 
island Plantation. There are children and teen planned activities by 
the Plantation your children can enjoy (with Amenity card).  
Scheduled activities at the Nature Center (no Amenity Card) and 
tours on segways.  

Enjoy the unique shopping district of Fernandina Beach and many 
great restaurants. At the Fernandina dock one can make arrangements 
for many different boat trips including a sunset sailing cruise on a 
sailboat and other river boat trips to various places including 
Cumberlalnd Island and St. Mary's. 
 
Kayaking is available through Kayak Amelia. Ft. Clinch State Park is 
in Fernandina and Big & Little Talbot State parks are just minutes 
away as well as the "famous fishing bridge"

2008 Spring and Summer rate - $2,100.00 per week 
Florida taxes apply (9%)
Departure cleaning fee $100.00
Amenity Card available-call owner for details.
Security Deposit $500.00 (by check - held unchashed until inspection 
after departure and orginal check is sent back within 7 days - if no 
damages.
