This beautiful Arizona home is located in the Pebble Creek adult
gated golf community, with full access to 2 golf courses, swimming
pool, tennis, fitness center, library, and restaurants. This
spacious (approx 1830 sq ft) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is fully
furnished including all kitchen items, towels and linens. The great
room entertainment center includes 48" high-def TV, satellite
service, DVD, video and CD player. (Each bedroom also has satellite
TV) Enclosed back yard has huge covered patio, misters, outdoor
dining table, comfortable lounge chairs, built-in gas barbeque, gas
fire pit, and waterfall pond.
Oversized double car garage (use of golf cart can be added). Must
be 55 or older, no smoking, no pets. Rent will include local phone
service, weekly trash pick up and all utilities (up to $150 per
month).

Seasonal rates: July, August, Sept: $1550 per month. Oct, Nov, Dec:
$1750 per month. Jan, Feb,: $2450 per month. March: $2650 per
month. April, May, June: $1550 per month. Adult community. One month minimum rental. Damage/security deposit $500 per month.
Optionals: Golf cart rental $120 per month. Weekly or monthly
cleaning packages from $65.
