Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful Arizona home is located in the Pebble Creek adult 
gated golf community, with full access to 2 golf courses, swimming 
pool, tennis, fitness center, library, and restaurants.  This 
spacious (approx 1830 sq ft) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is fully 
furnished including all kitchen items, towels and linens.  The great 
room entertainment center includes 48" high-def TV, satellite 
service, DVD, video and CD player. (Each bedroom also has satellite 
TV) Enclosed back yard has huge covered patio, misters, outdoor 
dining table, comfortable lounge chairs, built-in gas barbeque, gas 
fire pit, and waterfall pond. 
Oversized double car garage (use of golf cart can be added).  Must 
be 55 or older, no smoking, no pets.  Rent will include local phone 
service, weekly trash pick up and all utilities (up to $150 per 
month).

Vacation Rental Rates

Seasonal rates: July, August, Sept: $1400 per month.  Oct, Nov, Dec: 
$1700 per month.  Jan, Feb,: $2350 per month. March: $2650 per 
month. April, May, June: $1500 per month.  One month minimum 
rental.  Damage/security deposit $500.   

Optionals:  Golf cart rental $120 per month.  Weekly or monthly 
cleaning packages from $60.
