located close in to the downtown city which allows guests to walk the easy walk to Starbucks or 
Peet's Coffee, Farmers Market, a French Bakery, Casual and Fine dining restaurants, shopping, live 
theatre and movie theatre, parks and more. This guest house located on a large estate has been 
completely updated by one of Lake Oswego's well know Interior Designers to replicate a European 
Villa full of all the charm and comforts of a 5 star Resort. This romantic villa is perfect for 
special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, first few nights of a honeymoon, special out of 
town guests or just to get away from the bussle of every day Portland living. No children under 16 
years please. No pets, no smoking.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Every room has stunning unobstructed views to the lake. Separate bedroom has queen size bed with 
European Down comforter and high count bedding, and the room is equipped with a Cable TV. Full bath 
has a shower/tub combination with double sink vanity. Living room has a queen hideaway sleeper and 
fireplace. Full kitchen offers all the amenities of home including coffee pot, microwave, 
dishwasher, full size refrigerator. Separate Dining area faces water view as well. The home is 
stocked with luxury linens, soap, shampoo, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels. If there is 
anything else you need, please let us know so we can accomodate you.

$350-395 per night plus $100 cleaning fee
