Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful view of Higgins Lake. Steps away to the Gerrish Township 
Park with play area for children.  Beautiful sandy beach and 
designated swim area.

The cottage is very updated and the interior is knotty pine. Washer 
and Dryer on site. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. Pull out 
sleeper sofa in one living room and brand new mattress on Futon in 
other living room. Cable Television with T.V's in both bedrooms with 
VCR/DVD in each bedroom. Both Living rooms have televisions and VCR/
DVD combo as well.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 bedrooms
2 Living rooms with sleeping
2 bathrooms one full bath and one bath with laundry (washer and 
dryer)
Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, stove, toaster
Plates, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, pots and pans
Garage is finished and double insulated so adults can have fun while 
the children are sleeping.The Garage has a big table for playing 
cards or jigsaw puzzles
Dart board
Large deck and back yard for tents, campfire etc.

Upon your departure, we would appreciate it if each renter please 
left the cottage as they found it.  We ask that you leave the 
kitchen clean, put the dishes in the cupboards,  collect your trash 
and put it in garbage bags and put all dirty towels and washcloths 
on the counter. Cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc. are provided.  
Please shut all windows and doors and return your key if one was 
issued.

Vacation Rental Rates

$950.00 per week Saturday to Saturday check out by 11 am
$250.00 deposit non-refundable

$250.00 deposit is required at the time of reservation, or 
you may pre pay for your vacation week in full.  We will accept  
travelers checks, money orders,  and cashier's checks - no personal 
checks accepted.

RATE IS BASED ON 2 ADULTS AND CHILDREN UNDER 18. ADDITIONAL GUESTS 
ARE $25.00/EACH PER WEEK.

Cancellation Policy

NO refunds will be issued for any reason including early departures, 
inclement weather, emergencies, etc. Additionally, the number of 
nights reserved cannot be decreased.  If for some reason you are not 
able to fulfill your commitment and we are able to reschedule your 
reserved vacation week, one-hundred percent (100%) of the rental 
price will be refunded, minus your security deposit.  

Once your security deposit has been submitted, it is non-
refundable.  Rescheduling is permitted ONE time if the request is 
received at the time of cancellation, and if your alternate vacation 
week is available.
