Casa De Loma: Comfortable Home with Private Swimming Pool in Puerto Rico

Enjoy a wonderful, low cost Caribbean vacation at our "House in the Hills" (Casa de Loma)
on the beautiful East Coast of Puerto Rico. Our three bedroom vacation home comfortably
accommodates parties of up to eight people in a modern, cheerful, quiet,
and relaxed rural setting.

New Swimming Pool! We have recently installed a large, private swimming pool enclosed
in a very private, garden courtyard. The pool is large enough for six adults or an entire
family to enjoy at one time. It has lighting for night-time swims and is a wonderful
addition to this cheerful home.

Convenient to beautiful beaches, world class golf courses, the mountainous El Yunque rain
forest--the only rain forest in US National Forest System, day trips to remote islands,
resorts & casinos, world class snorkeling and scuba diving, as well as the vibrant and
historic city of San Juan, "Casa de Loma" can make your dream vacation affordable!

Casa de Loma is in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico . Las Piedras is a rural community high in the
hills just west of Humacao. The house is a forty-five minute drive from San Juan's
International airport. It is situated more than 1000 feet above sea level, overlooking
striking vistas, including rugged mountain ridges, pasture lands and neighborhoods of
Caribbean/Spanish architecture. The surroundings are lush, verdant and tropical. Palms,
citrus trees and yucca plants abide. Flowering bougainvillea, poinsettia, flamboyant and
hibiscus color the hillsides. On a clear morning, as you descend the hill to town, your
views will include spectacular vistas of the rainforest summits.

BEDROOMS:
The master suite done in tropical green, offers a queen size bed and private bath. This bedroom also a Day and Trundle Bed allowing 8 adults to sleep comfortably at the house or two kids to share a room with Mom and Dad. 

The sea blue room provides a double size bed and shares a bath with the Caribbean Coral bedroom featuring two single beds. There is a Port-a-crib for an infant or toddler

FULL KITCHEN:
A full kitchen offers ice maker refrigerator, flat top range,
microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker and a blender. Fully
equipped for cooking and dining, this kitchen gives a large group
everything it needs to prepare and serve a relaxing meal.

LIVING ROOM
A comfortable area furnished with soft, love seats and comfortable chairs, the living room
provides a quiet place to read, talk, relax or watch TV. A 150 movie library, DVD player,
and stereo provide evening entertainment.

DINING AREAS:
A large dining table allows 8 adults to gather inside for a relaxed meal. On the adjacent
porch, outdoor dining is a pleasure with mountain views and the songs of birds and the
coqui.

TOURING
The home is well-located for traveling about Puerto Rico, visiting off shore islands, seeing El
Yunque: the rain forest park, or playing golf at Puerto Rico's finest courses. It is only one
hour from San Juan. The nearby city of Humacao offers restaurants and services. Just
minutes away the resort of Palmas Del Mar allows our guests access to a casino, restaurants,
deep sea fishing, horseback riding, tennis and golf.
