Our vacation rental is located in the prestigious, gated community
of Ironwood Country Club. Thanks to the nearby Santa Rosa foothills,
our home is sheltered from wind experienced in other desert
communities. Our beautifully appointed 1745 sq ft two bedroom, two
bath and den condo is located at the end of a Cul de Sac, on a lush
greenbelt, a stone's throw from two community pools and spas. It is
fully furnished with Tommy Bahama flair.
Our home also has a wet bar; granite counter tops in fully stocked
kitchen; king sized bed in each bedroom plus a sofa sleeper in den;
two car garage; green belts on two sides; and at the end of a cul de
sac in the lovely gate guarded Ironwood CC complex. Non smoking and
no pets please!
Vacation Rental Amenities
4 cable connected TVs, DVD in master, jetted tub in master bath,
broadband internet hookup; gas fireplace; washer & dryer (amenity?);
gas BBQ; patio furniture; hummingbird feeder that is fought over all
day long; full Kitchen; cooking utensils provided (amenity?)
refrigerator; dishwasher, microwave, ice maker. Compare our prices,

Jan 01-Apr 30 .. $1400/week .. $4200/month
May 01-Sep 30 .. $ 800/week .. $2400/month
Oct 01-Dec 31 .. $1000/week .. $3200/month
Inquire about rates for less than a week. Payment in full by
personal check, cashier's check, or money order is required 30 days
in advance. All renters must be at least 25 years of age. A $120
cleaning fee and security deposit is also required.
