All utilities, cable TV and local telephone calls are included in seasonal rent. $1,000 deposit is required upon the confirmation of booking. The balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of $500 is due 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property after departure. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival.
