Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Pathway's Retreat,our fully furnished vacation  
condominium located along North Carolina's east coast. Just north of  
the famous Grand Strands and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Sunset  
Village at Sandpiper Bay is one of North Carolina's most desirable  
gated communities, nestled among some of the east coasts best golf  
courses it is located less than three miles from the white sand  
beaches of Sunset Beach. 
 
The fully equipped, GROUND FLOOR condominium boasts all the comforts  
of home with three bedrooms, two baths, convenient kitchen, dining  
room and living area.  It can sleep from six to eight people.  The  
rear of the unit overlooks a serene lagoon just off the screened  
porch. 
 
Each room is furnished in bright, beach colors and decor.   
Master suite includes queen bed, second bedroom is eqipped with two  
twin, XL beds.  Third bedroom features full size bed.  All beds  
feature deluxe Serta Sleepers, pads, comforters, extra pillows and  
blankets.  The living area includes a queen size sleeper sofa. 
 
The master suite includes 25" television and large private bathroom  
with walk-in closet. The unit includes washer and dryer, all  
houshold appliences, dinnerware and utensils.  Living area  
entertainment center includes DVD, VCR, and 27" color television  
with basic cable, HP Deskjet D1341 color computer printer and  
unlimited HIGH_SPEED DSL INTERNET MODUM. An assortment of books and  
magazines are provided for your reading enjoyment.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pathway's Retreat and Sunset Village amenities include two swimming  
pools, spas, a tennis court and a 27-hole golf course.  All are just  
steps away.  If the beach is what you are looking for, the three  
miles of hard packed, white sand of Sunset Beach is just a short  
drive away.  The expansive, public beach on Bird's Island faces  
south, presenting a commanding view of the most beautiful sun rises  
and sunsets.

Activities and Attractions

More than two dozen golf courses are located within five miles of  
the entrance to Sandpiper Bay.  Myrtle Beach, SC with its theaters,  
restaurants, entertainment and shopping is a short 25 minute drive  
south on route 179 and route 17.  Sunset Beach and Calabash, NC  
offers plenty of unique shops and restaurants within three miles of  
Pathway's Retreat.  Sunset Beach activities include, swimming,  
surfing, fishing, sunning and bike riding.

Vacation Rental Rates

January 1 to March 31 - $550.00 per week 
April 1 to May 25 - $750.00 per week 
May 26 to September 8 - $850.00 per week 
September 9 to October 27 - $750.00 per week 
October 28 to December 31 - $650.00 per week 
 
Weekly rental is six nights. Information on monthly rentals is  
available upon request. 
   
$160.00 per day with three night minimum stay. 
$65.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. 
$200.00 refundable security deposit. 
7 percent state and county taxes required. 
Linens and bedding service is provided. 
FREE UNLIMITED high-speed internet modum.
