Welcome to Flamingo Cottage, located in the heart of Gulfport's Art & Beach district. This charming cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway or just a leisurely vacation. This one bedroom, one bath is just one block from the Beach. Private patio in front and off-street parking. One large bedroom with Queen pillow-top mattress. Decorated inside and out in the colors of the beach and sea, the interior floors are all tile. The remodeled kitchen has custom cocoa wood cabinets and Peacock granite counters. The grounds are professionally landscaped, irrigated with nighttime lighting. Tropical plantings provide privacy on the patio. The spring-fresh colors of our one-bedroom, Flamingo Cottage, will
charm you the moment you walk through the landscaped courtyard and
french doors into the tiled living room. Bamboo shades, walls of tempered-spring-green, rattan & wicker furnishings mark the main living area, all mere steps from our white sandy beach.

Gulfport is a quiet, cozy beachside community established in the early 1900's. It is located on Boca Ciega Bay with views of St. Pete Beach to the west and Isla del Sol to the south. Shops, restaurants and all area beaches are conveniently close to the cottage.  Be wherever you are going in minutes!

Gulfport has excellent restaurants, an exciting night life, a fishing pier, marina, excellent shopping including unique works by local and national artists and photographers, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a library, beach pavilions, a performing arts theater, a waterfront casino dance hall and above all, a white sand beach and playground equipment for children. Also located on the beach front is a walking pier, benches and bench swings, indoor/outdoor recreational/physical fitness centers (handicapped and wheelchair accessible), a volleyball/basketball court, a measured walking path and fitness circuit. Downtown Gulfport (3 blocks away) has art galleries, twice monthly art walks, sailing and glass blowing classes, live music, a historic ballroom dance hall, weekly fresh produce market and beach front pubs.

All but the marina are within easy walking distance from the property.

Nightly rates are available and are approx 1/5 the weekly rate. 3 night min.
May-July..$722/wk..$2,000/month. Rate includes taxes and cleaning.
Aug-Nov..$655/wk..$1,800/month. Rate includes taxes and cleaning.
Dec -Apr ..$890/wk...$3,000/month. Rate includes taxes and cleaning

Deposit to reserve $300 to $700, depending on length of stay.
Accept PayPal, cashier checks, personal checks.
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If < 60 days, then full amount.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies
paid.
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will
result in a refund of the deposit, less a $100 handling fee.
Reservations not paid in full prior to final payment due date will
be cancelled. No refunds given for early departures.
CHANGES: There is a $50 charge for modification of a confirmed
reservation.
PAYMENT: All rates are in US Funds and are payable in US funds.
From $60 to $189 per night depending on time of year and length of stay. ($60 per night based on 1
month stay August - November and $189 nightly rate based on 2 night stay December through April.
Weekly stays average $109 per night, taxes and departure cleaning included.)
