$3000/mo + electric + 11.5% Tourist Tax fee for rentals of 3 months 
min.  $100 non-refundable cleaning fee applies to all rentals. and 
$1,500 security deposit.

Sorry no pets allowed. 

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is 30 days or less, all monies will be forfeited.
