and safe, the mesa is great for family or a relaxing get away for
a couple who wants to be close to everything... The house is located
near the beaches, downtown Santa Barbara, the Harbor, Mountains and
the Mesa Center shopping.

This 2500 sqft 2 story luxury home is newly remodeled, with 4
bedrooms, 3 baths and a 2 car garage. All hardwood floors. A
fantastic open air kitchen, fully stocked with stainless appliances,
convection oven, toaster, indoor grill, gas range, commercial
microwave, dish washing machine and coffee maker. Complete with all
supplies, including Henckles knives, AllClad pots and pans, plates
and utensils.

The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that look out to the
fountain in the courtyard, it is furnished with a cozy King sized
bed and 24" TV. Ensuite to the master there is a large bathroom that
has a oversized shower with glass block walls and 3 showerheads. The
downstairs bedroom has two twin beds a 20" TV, and its own ensuite
bathroom with shower. The front bedroom has a large bay window with
comfortable queen bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The Office
has large windows and a skylight and doubles as a bedroom with pull
out futon. The office is furnished with a desk, windows PC with Flat
screen monitor/TV, and comes with high speed internet access
(unlimited Long Distance is also included).

The living room is complete with two leather couches, 58” big screen
TV, full 5 speaker surround stereo sound system, DVD player, VCR,
300 disk CD changer, and Satellite TV with premium channels. Fully
stocked complementary wet bar is also included. Off of the living
room is a balcony with ocean views, chairs and a table for your
morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The lush secluded backyard will make you feel like you’re in the
tropics. In ground flagstone surrounded pool with waterfall,
separate in ground hot tub, palm trees, banana trees, bamboo and
lots of privacy. The courtyard has a fountain, teak table, chairs
and and a relaxing hammock.

Lounge by the pool, enjoy the ocean view from the front deck, lay in
the hammock and listen to the fountain, head to the beach or go
shopping - it's all an option…
