This is our private home and we'd like to invite you to share our beautiful surroundings that is perfectly suited to provide you with the vacation you deserve. The large manicured back yard features a private pool and spa, wonderful citrus trees full of fruit during the season. Patio furniture and gas BBQ. A wonderful way to spend your desert evenings.
 The home is beautifully furnished for your comfort.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:  There are 3 bedrooms. Master with a king bed  Queen beds in two guest rooms.  TV's with Cable in all bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms,  All Bed & Bath linens are provided.

Living Room/Dining Room:  A two sided gas fireplace that can be enjoyed from the living room or from the dining room.  The living room is nicely furnished with large wrap around sofa that can be used for extra sleeping. You will enjoy the built in bar, located adjacent to the large living room. Flat Screen TV with cable.

Kitchen: There is full kitchen with stove, Micowave, dishwasher, refrigerator with Ice Maker, Trash Compactor and granite counters.  All utensils and dishes are supplied. Also, blender, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, etc.

 Office: For your convenience, there is a full office, complete with Cable TV, 2 computers, printers and High Speed Internet, with WiFi.

Other Amenities: Washer/Dryer, Air Conditioning, 2 car garage.

This home is very centrally located to the many "golf mecca's" of the desert.  We are located just a block from Mission Hills Country Club, home to the Dinah Shore Nabisco LPGA event each year. We are located mere minutes from The River - an exciting new shopping and dining area surrounded by water! It's an oasis of shops, movie
theatres, restuarants and sidewalk vendors. The River may be the latest edition to the desert but don't forget the world famous El Paseo! Often thought of as "the Rodeo Drive of the desert," this luxury shopping and dining district has something for everyone! This home is also very close to downtown Palm Springs. Don't forget to enjoy the Palm Springs Street Fair every Thursday evening and the
Fabulous Palm Springs Follies, a "must see".                         Of course, for those that don't consider shopping a sport, there's always golf, tennis, hiking, galleries, the Living Desert, and of course, more GOLF!
