Sunny Daze, Unit 49A, your beach destination, is an inviting ground floor unit located in the most 
popular resort in Panama City Beach. The emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and a beach access are 
just a 3-4 minute stroll away. This unit features tropical, coastal furnishings in every room. 
Parking is conveniently located a few steps from the front door. This 22 acre family-friendly resort 
has many recreational amenities plus a state of the art tennis court for everyone to enjoy. Casual 
restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and ball fields are within a 5-10 minute drive. 
                                          
Kitchen - cook and bakeware, bar essentials  for family dinners/cocktail hour.  
Dining area - pleasantly situated to enjoy the Florida sunshine.    
Downstairs bedroom - 1 queen bed, full bath.                           
Upstairs bedroom - 2 queen beds, full bath, walk-in closet.                         
Living room - sleeper sofa, linens for additional guests.           
Private fenced patio - table, benches, gas grill.  

Wireless internet- Bring your laptop.                                                             
We accept pets with some restrictions.
Ck-out 10 a.m.  Ck-in 3 p.m.  No Smoking.                                                  

We also have a pet-friendly 1B/1B condo with sleeper sofa/bunk beds, sleeps 2-6.
Also available is a 2b/2b condo that sleeps 2-8. (no pets, no smoking)

fees.                               
June-July..$150/n.   $950/week.         
Aug..$120/n.  $800/wk.                                              
Sept..$110/n.  $750/wk.
Labor Day Holiday Rate..$120/n.
Oct-Nov..$95/n.   $600/wk.
Winter $950.00/mon. Non-winter monthly rates avail.
Refundable Deposit-$250.00  Note: Deposit checks will be cashed.
Tax-10.5%  Cleaning Fee-$80.00
