roll-a-ways (sleeps 5-6), sizeable dinette, bar counter with stools,
and plenty of closet/dressers for storage. It is newly tiled
throughout in white tones in kitchen,counters, floors and bath.
Brand new refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, and oven range in
kitchen, as well as small appliances (microwave, toaster, etc.) are
included.
It is also fully equipped with two televisions, DVD/VCR player,
unlimited local toll-telephone, and facsimile/printer. Condo has
new
A/C unit with thermostat to set to your own temperature and comfort.

Aside from the condo's inside amenities, the premises includes an
oceanfront inground pool, plenty of chaise lounge chairs, patio
sets,
convenient Oceanfront Tiki Bar/Restaurant (separate-run entity),
oceanside charcoal BBQs,
lobby elevators, and onsite laundry facilities,and a suply of sheets,pillow cases and towells.
