Vacation Rental Description

This spacious 2600+ square foot home is located in prestigious Seville Golf & Country Club.  This 
fully furnished home includes a pool and close access to a 10-acre community park.

This home has 4 bedrooms, & 2 1/2 baths.  It has a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and 
stainless steel & black appliances with a breakfast nook.  It has a family room, formal dining room 
and loft. It can sleep up to 10 people.  It has a pool table, large covered patio w/barbeque, fenced 
pool with waterfall, and RV gate with large side yard.

All linens, towels, paper goods, cookware, flatware, small appliances, and other kitchen items are 
provided.
Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! Specific requests are welcomed.

Master bedroom has a queen stearns and foster double pillowtop for maximum comfort.
Bedroom 2 has a daybed with trundle that can be used as 2 twin beds or one king bed.

Bedroom 4 has a queen stearns and foster pillowtop for maximum comfort.
Loft has a queen sleeper sofa.

Located in SE Gilbert near the San Tan Mountains.  It is easily accessible to the Loop 202, I-10 and 
US60 freeways.

New San Tan Village shopping mall just 10 minutes away, which includes multiple restaurants and 
theatres and, of course, shopping!

Nearby to Tempe and Phoenix which include Phoenix Zoo, Tempe Town Lake, Sky Harbor Int'l Airport, 
Chase Field, University of Phoenix Stadium, Casino resorts, Old Scottsdale and over 150 golf courses.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan-Feb, April, Sept-Nov $180/night or $1200/week
March, Dec                 $200/night or $1350/week
May - August              $140/night or $950/week

Refundable $500 security deposit due at time of booking to hold reservations.
Cleaning fee of $95.00.

5 night minimum ( fewer night may be available if schedule permits )

 We accept Paypal, Cashier's check/money order and personal checks - must clear your account before 
arrival.

No smoking indoors.
