professional. Located on Tucson's beautiful southeast side on a
quiet cul da sac, Pantano's Edge is a community of 71 new homes
and is the largest lot in the community at approximately
9000 sq.ft. This 1300 sq.ft. 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence
beckons your arrival. It is situated in a great location with
easy access to all that Tucson has to offer: view's of the fabulous
Rincon Mountains to the east and the majestic Santa Catalina's
to the north. A walking path is located just steps from your
front door.

This southwestern home is furnished very tastefully with a touch
of southwestern and Native American decor and has all the comforts
you will need to ensure a comfortable stay:TV's,
DVD/VCR with stereo system, complete with dvd/vcr cds and tapes.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The second
bedroom has a queen-size, and the third bedroom is furnished with
two twin-size beds. In addition, a comfortable Aero self-inflating
bed is available for visiting overnight guests.This home is
completely non-smoking,outdoors is fine.
The all-electric kitchen is furnished with refrigerator/freezer,
microwave and a stove with oven. Small kitchen appliances include
a coffeemaker with grinder, toaster oven and blender, complete
sets of cookware, flatware, drinkware, mixing bowls, measuring
cups, etc. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

World class hiking is 30-minutes away. Saguaro National Park can
be experienced by car on a one way 8-mile loop. Sabino Canyon
Recreation area, within the Santa Catalina Foothills mountain range,
can be accessed by way of tram which will take you on the 3.7 mile
journey into this treasure of a canyon.
Golf, golf and more golf. Great city courses, in addition to an
unlimited variety of championship courses from which to choose.
Fred Enke golf course is just 5-minutes by car from Pantano's
Edge. Other attractions you may wish to consider, are
Collosal Cave Mountain Park, Pima Air and Space Museum,
Karchner Caverns, the historical town of Tubac and the
University of Arizona. There is so much to do in and around
Tucson that the sky is the limit. We recommend the Tucson
Convention and Visitors Bureau as a great source of information.
