Tom and Trisha Sloan and John Udick, proudly present their vacation 
home for family and friends get-togethers or small business outings
and golf outings.

This custom designed Nantucket style home with natural habitat beach 
frontage and Lake Michigan view in Bailey's Harbor provides the 
elegance and comfort that cannot be matched in all of Door County, 
Wisconsin. 
Built in 2001 by a renowned local contractor to the exact 
specifications of the designing architect, this home exceeds local 
standards for year around living. From the interior sound proofing 
to the R-45 insulation, high efficiency heating and cooling systems, 
maple interior trim, cedar decks and rails and many other fine 
points too numerous to mention.

Pack in your whole family or share this home with your friends or 
business associates. Ideal for a family get away or a small business 
planning meeting. Recent inspectors have commented that, "we are 
among the top 5% of the best vacation rental homes in all of Door 
County".

Bring your pets and their own kennel as they are not allowed inside 
the home or they may be boarded at a nearby local kennel.

Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Our guests have requested a 
smoke free environment so we suggest smokers use the great outdoors.

Vacation Rental Amenities

INTERIOR: Vaulted ceilings on 1st floor gives you the feeling of 
grand spaciousness. Tray ceilings grace the master bedroom with 
recessed can lighting. Six ceiling fans, three french doors and 
designer interior doors add to the elegance of the heated ceramic 
tile floors in the master bathroom and 4-seasons room.

KITCHEN: Enjoy the work island, dishwasher, snack ledge, side by 
side refrigerator with ice maker and cold water 
in the door, disposal and electric flat top range. Relax to the cool 
under cabinet lighting and half bath with custom fixtures.

LIVING ROOM: Warm up on those cool evenings by the wood burning 
fireplace with brick hearth and glass doors. Enjoy the soft glow of 
a low fire along with a glass of wine and your significant other in 
this magnificent vaulted, cathedral ceiling great room.

4-SEASONS ROOM: this all purpose room has heated ceramic tile floors 
and a triple patio door leading out to a deck. 

FIRST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM: Everything you dreamed about is now 
reality. From the window seat(with storage underneath), to the walk-
in closet, triple French doors leading you to a deck or through 
another set of French doors into the livingroom

MASTER BATHROOM: Relax in the whirlpool tub jets or take a 
shower in the large walk-in ceramic tile shower with his and her 
showerheads. Savor the his and her separate vanities and stay warm 
on heated floors, all appointed with custom fixtures.

TWO UPPER BEDROOMS: Ceiling fans and carpeted with waterside window 
and French door leading to the upper deck area looking out on the 
lake. Jack and Jill bath with private toilet room.

THE LOFT: More French doors leading to upper sun deck overlooking 
the beautiful views of the lake. Half bath with large walk-in 
closet. You will delight at the bridge overlooking the living room, 
dining room and foyer. This is the only home in Door County with 
amenities like this.

BONUS ROOM: Carpeted, heated and air conditioned with two large 
closets, ceiling fan and three skylights.

GARAGE: Park your boat inside the 12 by 36 foot boat stall and take 
care of washing duties with hot and cold running water and floor 
drains. This is a 3 1/2 stall garage with a 220 volt outlet and 
garage door openers.

No pets or smoking inside our home so other guests may be 
comfortable with their allergies.

Activities and Attractions

Door County, Wisconsin has something for everyone regardless of age 
and interests. Money Magazine has stated that, "Door County 
Wisconsin is among the top 10 of the best vacation places to visit 
in all of North America".

Boating: Bring your boat with you and launch at the nearby public 
boat launch only ½ mile away. You put-in directly on Lake Michigan 
known for Lake Trout and Salmon fishing. The peninsula also has 10 
lighthouses to explore on a daytime cruise around the area.

Golf: Take your pick of 11 Golf Courses with a challenging Course 
only a mile away, then check out all the others and you will find 
many favorites.

Live Music and Theaters: Door Shakespeare is only a mile away also 
or enjoy the Island Players, The American Folklore Theater, Birch 
Creek Music, The Peninsula Music, The Peninsula Players Theater and 
events at The Door County Auditorium

Art Galleries and Museums: Door County boasts local artists and 
craftsman that live here year around. Their crafts may be seen at

Vacation Rental Rates

Minimum stay is a three day weekend or any three consecutive days.
For a monthly rental, the weekly rate applies minus 10%.
All rates subject to change until locked in with the security 
deposit and do not include state, county and local taxes.

Mar  1, to May 22, 2008 $2200 per week or $1100 per 3 day weekend
May 23, to Sept 1, 2008 $2950 per week or $1800 per 3 day weekend
Sept 2, to Oct 31, 2008 $2550 per week or $1500 per any three days
Nov  1, 2008 to Feb 28, 2009 $2550 per week or $1300 per 3 day weekend

A $600 security deposit must be received to guarantee your requested 
time period of stay and will not be applied toward rent or is 
included in the rental cost.

The weekly & monthly rates will be subject to a $125 cleaning fee.
The 3 day weekend will be subject to a $150 cleaning fee.
