addicted to Indian Lake

Once you have visited “the Lake” it will forever tug at your
heartstrings!

Start a new family tradition by vacationing at Indian Lake. These
memories will last for a lifetime.

This quaint cottage, which has been restored to a bygone era, is
located in historic Russells Point. This vacation getaway is located
near the historic lighted arch, the original 1930’s doughnut shop,
vintage Skating Rink, Antonio's, the bike path, and a great fishing
peninsula. Bring your own boat and launch it one mile from the
cottage or rent one at Spend-A-Day Marina. All of this old-fashioned
fun is just minutes away.

Within walking distance to Lake (2 blocks), bike path, restaurants,
and shops.

This cottage is toasty warm for your winter get-away at Mad River
Mountain ski resort just 15 minutes away.

Experience a romantic get-away weekend. Optional amenity packages
available including bed and breakfast.

Prices start at:

$525.00 per week from May 15 to September 15

$300.00 per weekend Friday 5:00 pm to Sunday Noon

$75.00 per night Monday thru Thursday.

$50.00 a for an extra night added on to the weekend

Off season rate is $175.00 for the weekend.

2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Cottage that can sleep up to 10 people.

All rooms are immaculately kept.

Bedrooms:

Master Suite with Queen-sized bed with a double-faced fireplace that separates it from a double bed. Cathedral ceilings with fan, and built in entertainment
center.

Second Bedroom with Full-sized bed and Twin-sized bed.

Kitchen - full-sized and is fully equipped with a microwave,
toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, and
a bar-type table with seating for two.

Bathroom - Fisherman-themed; has been remodeled with shower (no tub).

Concrete patio - with gasl grill, outdoor fire pit, picnic
table, and patio furniture.

Other niceties:

Window air conditioning keeps the bedrooms and living room cool.

Linens and bath towels included in rentals. May want to bring beach
towels

Two bicycles to cycle around town or on the bike paths

Driveway to park cars or boat trailer

A non-smoking home. Smoking is only permitted outdoors

Well-trained pet welcomed with additional deposit; or if desired a
pet care facility is close by.

Vacation Rental Rates

Enjoy peace and serenity during any season at idyllic Indian Lake.

Weekly rentals are Sunday-Sunday w/ check in at 5:00 p.m. and check
out at 12:00 p.m.

Off season (September 16-May 14) start at $300. per week

Summer months (May 15 -  September 15) start at 525. per week

Off season weekends (Friday arrival and Sunday departure) $175. per
weekend (excluding Valentine’s weekend) which is $260. Choice of
Thursday, Friday, & Saturday or Friday, Saturday, & Sunday in 2010
