Atlantic Beach is a lovely area of neighboring Jacksonville and only allows monthly rentals.....It is a lovely beach and with it's own lifeguard service. Jacksonville Beach is nearby and has the pier, Seawalk Pavillion. Several world-class golf courses are nearby and the world-renownded Mayo Clininc is only a 10 min drive.
