Vacation Rental Amenities

Spacious, truly wonderful, one bedroom apartments with full kitchens, walk-in closets, sofabed in  
the living room, 10' gulf front windows, ample parking, central air, laundry, quiet solid concrete  
and steel construction, cable T.V. and free Wifi.

Activities and Attractions

Sunset Beach has an array of great outdoor activities! Located just steps from the beach our  
visitors can tan in the sun! Have a drink at the local restaurant, or they can enjoy a refreshing  
dip in the shimmering Gulf of Mexico! Located just around the corner are the cities best  
restaurants, amble amounts of PGA approved golf courses, deep sea fishing, parasailing, and the  
world famous John's Pass Village!

Vacation Rental Rates

May-December weekly rate is $700. The monthly rate during this time is $2,000. 
 
January-April the weekly rate is $900. The monthly rate during this time is $2,600. 
 
We also offer a Military Special to all members of the armed forces.
