It's beautiful in the mountains, AND Terrific parking!        
 
The remodeled TURN_KEY Cabin features 3-bedrooms, 1-downstairs,  
2-upstairs 
Queen and full size beds in each bedroom-upstairs + TV'S 
One queen bed in downstairs bedroom, bath downstaris 
Forest views from the front porch and back deck 
Beautiful view of Snow Valley from our back deck 
3-cement parking spots, almost entry level, large front patio 
Full Kitchen/ New Table with seating for 6 
Unique Wilderness Theme in each room 
Walking distance to Running Springs  
Very few steps in and out of property 
Fenced backyard 
Fully furnished 
Large fireplace in livingroom 
 
Firewood and linens, sheets and towels are provided by tenants:

We have done vacation renting for 4 years with our other property in  
Palm Springs with terrific results. Everything provided to you in  
writting.  NO SURPRISES.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The cabin is cozy and comfortable.  With the bedrooms--you  
have privacy or room for additional family memebers with two  
beds in two of the bedrooms.  Plus a sofa-sleeper.   
 
The living room features a mounted color 27 inch TV and DVD player, 
wilderness decor, front windows features a great forest view! 
 
Ceiling fans in all bedrooms 
 
Everything is provided in the Kitchen, table seating for 6 
 
Cleaning items, vacuum, misc are provided.  
 
The front deck has patio furniture and two picnic tables for the  
summer months...   
 
Parking spots are cleared every 6" of snow prior to your arrival,  
due  
to changing weather conditions, snow and ice will occur during  
winter. 
You may encounter snow and ice on streets and in the parking area

Running Springs is in the heart of the mountains, only a 40 minuite  
drive from the Rancho Cucamonga area: Complete directions provided. 
 
Check local driving conditions for HWY330 and HWY 18: it is a easy  
drive on the 30 to the 330 and your there!!

Running Springs features Restaurants, stores, rentals, unique  
shopping, full grocery store, firewood, winter gear, and even  
nightlife!!  
 
In the Summer enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, walks, sightseeing, and  
the beautiful mountains and air. 
 
Running Springs is in the center of the Mountain Community,  
Only a short distance to CRESTLINE, ARROWHEAD, BLUE JAY, ARROWBEAR,  
and BIG BEAR.  
Lakes located in Crestline, GreenValley and Big Bear. 
Skiing at Snow Valley and Snow Summit.  Unique shops at Arrowhead  
Village. 
 
Mountain Activities include: Animal Park, ATV riding, Camp/picnic  
grounds, Museum, Discovery center, Fishing, Hiking trails, horseback  
riding, Library, Obsevatory, Square dancing, Zoo/Petting Zoo 
Concerts in Arrowhead, and Snow Valley(information provided in cabin) 
 
 
Snow Valley is only 8 miles from our Cabin.. Local informaion and  
maps provided at the cabin.     

Vacation Rental Rates

                   CALL FOR SUMMER PRICING:  Monthly rate is $1500.00 utilities included 
                   July 4th WEEKEND open 
 
      Winter:   WEEKENDS $200.00 PER NITE,   WEEKDAYS $175.00 PER NITE 
           BY THE WEEK  $120.00 PER NITE OR $840.00  (FULL WEEK ONLY) 
             HOLIDAY RATES ARE $250.00 PER NITE UP TO 8 
                       No one night rentals.....   
 
                    Holiday rate applies for EASTER week                   
          
            Cancelation clause is provided when booking in advance.   
                                      
                        Security deposit required.  
       Tenants provide their own linens,  towels and sheets   
Call for short notice booking *****HIGH SEASON books up quickly****** 
 
Rent is prepaid, departure time is by 2:00pm on the last day of your  
reservation.   Security deposit is fully refundable.   
Email early for the best reservations.  Rental  
agreement provided, and cancellation clause. No refunds given, time  
can be rescheduled only- same season as booked-based on availability 
 
Inquiries for the same time frame are handled by order received,  
priority given to reservation for the longest time period.  THANKS.
