living room and both bedrooms.  Central air and ceiling fans in all  
rooms.  Adirondack lounge chairs on dock and portico.  Chaise lounge  
and outdoor dining tables on patio and portico, ready for serving  
meals from your own grille.  Snooze or daydream in the hammock.

waterfront restaurants, all within walking distance.  Shop,play,  
golf, tennis, boat, parasail, volley-ball, etc.,etc.  
 
Of course, we are the "culture capital" of Florida.  Our "purple"  
Van Weazel attracts "star" performers.  The Sarasota Ballet,  
Symphony and Opera are top rated. 
 
Mote Marine is a must see. Tampa Busch Gardens is a one hour drive.  
Orlando  & Disney attractions are a couple of hours away and so is  
South Beach.

May 1 - Oct 30    $4600 per month    $1300 per week 
 
Nov 1 - Dec 31    $5000 per month    $1500 per week 
 
Jan 1 - Apr 30    $5500 per month    $1600 per week 
 
Discounts for stays longer than three months!!! 
 
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:  $1000.00.  
 
RENT PAYMENT:         Full payment in advance of arrival. 
                   
SECURITY DEPOSIT:     $1000.00 Refundable with no damages. 
         
PET DEPOSIT:          $250.00 
 
FEES & TAXES.         $130.00 End of term cleaning fee. 10% Taxes. 
                
CANCELLATION POLICY:  No Refund on Reservation Deposit & Pet Deposit.
