Vacation Rental Description

Come stay in tropical paradise at this Marco Island Condo.  Enjoy 
beautiful gulf waters, sugar white beaches, dolphins playing, 
shelling, sand dollars, star fish and unbelievable sunsets.  

Our condo offers a Tommy Bahamas décor. This one bedroom one 
bathroom unit sleeps four, furnished with a queen size bed and a 
queen size sleeper sofa.  A large screen lanai and fully equipped 
kitchen.  The condo is located just across the street from the beach 
with its own private access.  Pets are not permitted and please no 
smoking in the condo.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Wireless internet available. A heated pool, sun deck, exercise room, 
two social rooms, a racquet ball court, shuffleboard court, gas bbq 
grills, and a coin operated washer and dryer on site.   We provide 
all the extras; 32" TV, DVD,VCR, microwave, full size stove, 
refrigerator and dishwasher. The beach umbrella, beach chairs, 
cooler, beach bag, beach towels, sand toys, floats, under cover 
parking and the hairdryer.  All you need to bring is your toothbrush 
and swimsuit!   

Activities and Attractions

Fill your days with unbelievable fishing, tennis, swimming, 
snorkeling, boating, shelling, sightseeing tours, jet skiing, 
parasailing, visiting wildlife sanctuaries and historical monuments 
or golfing at one of our many fine courses.  The island also has a 
large variety of resturants, shops and a unique movie theater.  
There is truly something for everyone to enjoy.

10% Florida Tourism Tax, $50.00 processing fee, $55.00 cleaning fee, wireless internet available for
