microwave, pots, pans, glasses, dishes, silverware, platters, mixing  
bowls,  and anything else you might need for a meal. King size bed  
in Master bedroom and twin size bed in second bedroom and  
convertible bed in LR. Full size washer and dryer in unit. A great  
place to live and have fun too with everything you might need  
including linens, towels, Bose stereo surround sound, VCR player, 45  
inch television in living room, 25 in. TV in Master BR, extra linens  
and towels.

Annual and Semi Annual Rentals Available call for details. 
Free Utilities for rentals of four months or less 
Reservation Policy: 
-       50% deposit at the time of reservation. 
-       Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 
-     Security/Damage Deposit required ($1,000 due with balance)      
 * 11.5% added tax State mandated for all leases less  
than 6 months. 
               
               Cancellation Policy: 
-        Full refund 30 days prior to arrival. 
-        1/2 deposit refund 15 days prior to arrival. 
-        Within 15 days deposit will be retained.
