Luau tower #1, opened in late 2006, is located just steps to the world famous beach in the 2,400 acre beautifully landscaped Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The unit is well appointed with everything you need for your stay. The unit is located on the 9th floor facing west with delighful sunset views.  You are able to see so much....the Gulf of Mexico, the bay, pool area and the 7th tee and green on Baytowne Golf Course. For bird's eye views from the highest  elevation in the resort you can visit the Sunset deck on the top of our building.

Should you decide you want the unit, we require $50 to process your reservation and this includes $3000 of damage insurance should there be any damage to the unit during your stay.

The unit has a spacious layout supporting sleeping for 1 - 4. The
master has a king bed, and the sleep sofa in the living area provides an additional sleeping option if needed.  The unit has a new flat screen TV in the living room.

The building features a fitness center, 4,000 sq. ft. swimming pool with waterfall (heated at specific times of the year), hot tub and tot's pool.  Enjoy the BBQ area with stainless grills and outdoor dining tables.  Free WiFi is provided for your stay in the unit.

The resort offers one of the prettiest beaches in the US, 4 championship golf courses, 2 spas, fishing, biking, tennis, marina, over 30 restaurants, shops, and daily live entertainment in the Village of Baytowne Wharf.
