Vacation Rental Description

The 10-10,stands for radio code for "Out of Service" at the end of  
the day or for me soon, retired, 30 years of service to Oregon and  
Califonia. this will be my retreat. This 3 year new home is, 
located along the Beautiful Central Oregon Coast near the community  
of Waldport and an easy drive from cities such as Corvallis, Albany,  
Eugene, this Retreat is located in the Bayshore Resort with all of  
its amenities.    
Best of everything, two minute walk to the beach via beach access at  
property line.   
Bright,clean and Cute BEACH HOUSE RETREAT next to beach yet  
protected from the winds.  Ocean canal at the rear deck leads to the  
Alsea Bay.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This Cute Newer two bedroom and den, with two bathroom accommodates  
6-8  
persons(2 queen beds, set of twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper  
sofa.) House is but a few years old and is bright and clean.  
Additional amenities (includes TVs, DVD, Play Station 2,you  
bring your games), Wood burning stove (bring your own  
wood,)Dishwasher,Microwave and Coffee maker. Kitchen is equipped  
with all of your cooking and eating utensils. Washer, Dryer, Iron  &  
Iron table  
There are sheets, blankets and towels provided(bring your  
own beach towels.) 
 
THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING: 
basic cleaning supplies provided however, bring your own paper  
products such as towels, toilet supplies, plates. Also recommended  
you bring firewood(12" lengths) beach towels and chairs. There is  
ample shopping near by for food and supplies.

Activities and Attractions

The Bayshore Club House is only a few minute walk away.  It has a  
large clean club house with a beautiful large pool, pool tables (all  
available for a very minimal daily charge per person or per family  
(Charges subject to change). There are miles of nice sandy beach and  
sandy dunes to walk, run and play on. 
The Sea Lion caves, Oregon Coast Aquarium, Hatfield Science Center,  
Lighthouses and Golfing are only within a few minutes to 25 minutes.  
The Alsea Bay crabbing and claming are within an eyesight.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rent for three days during Holidays, get the fourth for free or come  
early stay late. 
 
Weekly Rates: 
$900.00 per week June 1st thru Sept 10, 
$850.00 per week Sept 11 thru May 31,  
Daily Rates: 
$135.00 per day Sun thru Thurs, $150.00 per day Fri and Sat, June  
1st thru Sept 10, min. 3day min. during week, 2  
days week-ends.  **CALL **don't just email. 
HOLIDAYS maybe slightly higher 
CHECK IN 3PM, CHECK OUT 11AM (unless previous  
arrangments have been made.) 
$50.00 Non-fundable cleaning deposit, $200.00 Refundable  
Security/Damage Deposit,  
NOTE: You are responsible for cleaning and leaving The 10-10 Beach  
House as found.  This includes washing and drying towels and sheets.  
(It is recommended you bring your own beach towels.)
