Vacation Rental Description

As a tribute to Mr. Deans mother, Aliciemarie, who oversaw the renovation of the original Rancho  
Esperanza, the Deans have given thenew home her name "Aliciamaria". Few homes can offer the old  
world charm and modern conveniences of Casa Aliciamaria. 
 
The photographs tell a story of fountains, fireplaces and romantic suites, yet beyond the pictures  
guests will find air conditioned quaretrs rife with original artwork, custom furnishings imported  
from around the globe, a world class kitchen, equipped to prepare the finest cuisine. The living  
room is equipped with a state of the art Yamaha surround system, including a Led TV with dvd, cd,  
super cd and cable. The romance of the master suite is unparalleled complet with four poster bed,  
Persian carpets and a two person tiled tub.  
 
Type of beds: 1 king bed, 1 queen, and 1 double bed sofa at living room. Sleeps 6 in total. 
 
Awakening to a sunrise over the Sea of Cortez and Carmen Island is an unforgetable one in a lifetime  
experience, yet it can be relived each day. The casa's ammenities include 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, AC  
throught a romantic courtyard complete with tiled fountain and fireplace, a tiled water front  
entertainment area with tiled gas barbeque, steps toa roof garden for viewing the sunset over La  
Giganta mountains while enjoying a beverage at the charming roo dining area or at your private pool.  
The casa also has digital tv, surround system, wireless high speed internet and 24 hour security,  
and finally, the old charm of the Californias Oldest City, Loreto. 
 
Casa Aliciamaria is located within the residential area called Costa Loreto, situated 1.5 miles  
norht of Loreto downtown. This distance is certainly a pleasant walk by the sea shore. There are no  
groceries shops in this area, so for this and other services like bank, church, restaurants, bars,  
tour agencies, fishing reservations, etc., you would have to go to downtown, so at some point a car  
rental should be considere for some days or full stay. Hertz, Budget and Europe Car rental are in  
Loreto. Cab rides will be your next choice. Usually, the fee is 6-8 dollars per ride from rental to  
downtow or vice versa. 
 
Beach rentals are located within Costa Loreto residential area 1.5 miles norht of Loreto downtown.  
It is certainly a pleasant walk especially if walked by the sea shore. Since there are no groceries  
shops around, guests will have to go to downtown for that as well as for other services like bank,  
restaurants, bars, church, tour agencies, etc. So at some point a rental car must be considered for  
some days or full stay . Hertz, Budget, Europe Car and Alamo Car Rental are available in Loreto. Cab  
rides are another option. A ride to downtown costs around 6 to 8 dollars approximately. There is a  
cell phone in the house to call cabs and to contact property manager. 
 
Airlines flying into Loreto from LA are: Horizons (by Alaska Airlines), Delta and Aeromexico.
