Nature's Coast Cozy Home on Scenic Canal in Weeki Wachee

Located on a canal with floating dock - Newly remodeled with new
carpeting and new furniture, 1 bath home on a canal off the Weeki
Wachee River in Hernando County, FL. Fully furnished (queen size
bed in master bedroom); trundle bed in second bedroom; includes
utilities. Appliances washer/dryer (brand new), refrigerator,
stove, microwave, toaster, and electric coffee pot. There are pots,
dinnerware and glasses. Living room has a fireplace. While taking
in the breathtaking water view or grilling your catch of the day
(outdoor grill included), sit out on the dock or deck (outside table
and chairs) and watch the manatees, ducks and all sorts of birds.
If you have a boat, you can be in the Gulf in about 15 minutes from
our dock. If you have a larger boat, there are a few public ramps
in the immediate vicinity. If you prefer the beach, Pine Island
Beach, is just two miles down the road. Basic cable on tv (any
additional cable channels will be an additional charge to tenant).

Beach within ten minutes, golf within ten minutes or just sit at your dock.

Fishing, hiking, public golf courses, bird watching, restaurants,
movies and the beach are only a few miles away. You can rent a
kayak or canoe. There is tubing down the Weeki Wachee River.
Weekee Wachee Springs which is 3 miles away has a natural spring,
water park and mermaid show!!! Tampa is less than an hour away with
Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, The Florida Aquarium, great
restaurants and many other events. Clearwater and St. Pete are
approximately an hour away. If you want to go to Disney, it is
about 1-1/2 hours away. If you go north a � hour, there is the
Homosassa Spring State Wildlife Park. If you go east, the
Withlacochee State Forest is about 30 minutes away. It is less than
an hour from Tampa International Airport. There�s something for
everyone or just relax and do nothing!

January-March, 2011 $1,275 mo. (must be a minimum monthly rental)
April-September 2010 $1,000 monthly or $400 weekly

$70 cleaning fee
One full month security deposit and one month due at time of
reservation - security deposit refundable only after inspection
and able to relet - any damages caused by tenant will be deducted
from security deposit
For cancellations 30 days or less before date of rental, 100% of the
security deposit will be forfeited; Cancellations greater than 30
days before date of rental will result in 50% of security deposit
forfeited.
Dogs must be 20 pounds or less (you must pick up after dog) $100 non-refundable pet deposit
