The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, views of the gulf, a TV and
DVD. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, veiws of the bay and
en suite bathroom.
Additional guests can use the queen-size sleeper sofa in the family room.
The fully-equipped kitchen is very spacious and ajoins the dining
area in the family room.
The washer and dryer is located in the entrance hallway. There is
covered parking ( 2 cars) under the duplex, additional uncovered
private parking is available.
