access to  offshore and inshore fishing. Room to park a 23 foot boat in front of the property.

Fishing, swimming pool, tennis, basketball,fuel for boats and cars. Little bayside market with 
bait,ice,beer and a boat ramp. Long Key is 20 minutes north of Marathon.

Activities and Attractions

Activities include cookout on the weekends, fishing tournaments, card games, bible study and many 
more.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2200 Monthly from Nov 2008 till March 2009.
Would like to rent to same renter for 5 months. Price will be negotiable if rented for 5 months 
straight.
