whales,pelicans,ships and sails glide by. Watch surfers and boogie boarders perform at Big Rock, directly in front of the house. A short stroll down the street are other reknowned surf spots:
Windansea,Simmons,Turtles & Horseshoes are just a few.
At low tide,you can walk out to Big Rock and discover shells and sea creatures that live in the tide pools. Play in the sand and find your own secret spot on the beach between the huge sandstone rocks.Our beach has a sand bottom and is great for swimming.Stairs to the sand, make the beach easy
to access. Crowds are not a problem at any time of year.

FOR A VACATION RESERVATION,
RESERVATION FEE for 50% of Total Rental Rate is required to hold dates.
Due 45 days prior to scheduled arrival: REMAINING 50% of RENT + $4000. Security Deposit Due. No exceptions. During our "Winter Season" our Security Deposit is $3000. 
Security deposit is refunded, less any expenses, 14 days after departure.
**MINIMUM 45 day cancellation for RESERVATION FEE refund.
