with full bath, kitchen, sitting area and

75 by 75 feet of open space with views of the Bay,

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Main House has a spacious living room with wood burning fire 
place, dining room with large table that seats eight. Family room is 
furnished with casual over stuffed leather couch, loveseat, chair 
and ottoman TV, VCR and DVD.

The Master Bedroom is large with all New Tommy Bahama Furniture.  
King size pillow top bed, tv, vcr, walk-in closet. Large Marble 
bathroom with 2 headed shower, double vanity, ceiling fan and an 
awesome view of the bay.

2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed with private bath, ceiling fan and 
lots of closet space.

3rd has Two twin beds,

The Open Kitchen is fully equiped with everything you could possible 
need. Laundry area with full size washer and dryer.
Central air with 3 zones.
High speed internet
Cable television.

The 40 foot Dock has docking on both sides, Patio furniture, Tiki 
Torches, Gas Grill and a Filet Station or "Buffet Area"!

Hot Tub is located between Cottage and the Main House.

Can be Pet Friendly depending on size and breed.
