Vacation Rental Description

Dream of a most memorable Hawaiian vacation?  We have a perfect place for you at the brand new 
beachfront 
Ko Olina Beach Villas resort.  The resort is soon to be completed in early 2008 in the Oahu's sunny 
western 
shore.  It is located at the second of the four famous lagoons of Ko Olina.  It is truly a tropical 
paradise 
surrounded by beautiful palm trees, flowers, koi ponds and simming pools, owner's lounge, Tiki beach 
bar and 
more.  There are also a private fitness center, sauna and steam, and outside lap pool and spa.  A 
beautifully 
designed main swimming pool and sand bottom kid pool are also included.  You don't have to go 
anywhere 
else.  Guests can experience a wealth of amenities from the championship golf course to a lavish spa 
to 
exquisite fine dining.  The lagoon is a swimming paradise for the beach lovers of all ages.  It is a 
habitat of 
colorful fishes perfect for snorkeling.  Guests can also take a leisure walk along the scenic path 
within the resort 
or other lagoons.

The unit features natural stone countertops, expensive lanais, and Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen 
with Sub-
Zero appliances.  Guests have private and semi-private elevators, spa, and membership to Ko Olina 
Sport Club.  
Pocket door at the lanai brings the beauty and scents of the ocean into the living room.  The lanai 
is perfect for 
sunbathing and watching sunrise and sunset.  A smaller lanai is connected to the master bedroom for 
added 
omfort.  Our unit is located on the second floor of the Ocean Tower and has a beautiful garden view 
and a 
partial ocean view from the lanais.  Please note that the interior pictures attached are from a 
model unit with 
direct beach view.  Our unit has a beautiful floor plan ("Blue Ginger")and luxuriously furnished.  
It will be 
available starting March 29th of 2008.  The resort is gated and have 24 hour security surveillance.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air conditioning and ceiling fans.  One king bed, one queen and a stylish sectional sofa bed 
(served as sleeper sofa for 2) can accommodate up to 6 people.  Flat screen TVs are in each room and 
the living room for entertainment.  Other amenities include free high speed internet access, 
cable TV, walk-in shower, bath tubs, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with Sub-Zero 
appliances (refrigerator and freezer, electric cooktop and oven, microwave oven, utensils, china and 
pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, etc ...  Luxury furniture and beddings will make the vacation 
experience more enjoyable.  The master bathroom has a deep bath tub and a walk in shower.  The 
second bathroom has a bathtub and shower.  A kitchen island is situated near the lanai so guest can 
sit on a bar stool and take a peek at the spectacular view outside through the pocket glass door 
which is curtained with a remote control.  A barbecue grill is located in the facility.  Guests have 
a designated parking space in the indoor garage on the first floor.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the unit including the lanais.

12/27/8 to 1/3/9:  3200 USD/wk
1/3/9 to 3/27/9: 3200 USD/wk
3/28/9 to 4/24/9: 3000 USD/wk
4/25/9 to 8/28/9: 3000 USD/wk

7 days minimal rental, rate varies on specific days
10% off if booking more than 4 consecutive weeks
Please add:
Hawaii state tax of 11.96%
300 USD cleaning fee
500 USD security deposit, refundable 5 business days after leaving 
the unit in perfect condition
1000 USD deposit required upon signing the contract
Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check in
Utilities, cable and high speed internet access are included in the 
rent
Credit card via Paypal is accepted with a 2.9% handling fee
Personal check, money order and cashier checks are welcome
