Vacation Rental Description
Built in September 2002, this 3 bedroom 3 bath villa is well-equipped
with a spacious 2000 square foot one-level floor plan, cathedral
ceilings, Jacuzzi tub, Corian countertops, generous closet space, and
a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer.
Whether you are a golfer or not, you will love the sunlight and
panoramic private and peaceful views of the 5th and 6th fairways of
Shipyard Clipper golf course from this uniquely situated second floor
villa with windows on all four sides. After a day of island activities
or an afternoon at the beach, unwind in the cozy Carolina room (sun
room) where you can watch players tee off, chip over the lagoon or
putt for a birdie. In the cooler months, sip a warm drink in front of
the fireplace.
If you choose to skip dining at one of the many great local
restaurants, the well-appointed large kitchen is ideal for preparing
your favorite dishes with plenty of counter space and new appliances.
The large dining room and convenient breakfast bar allow for plenty of
seating. After dinner, settle in the comfortable living room that has
a new 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player. Additional TVs are
located in the Master and Queen bedrooms.
The master bedroom is privately located on one side of the villa with
double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in closet. The other 2
bedrooms are located on the other side and each has a private full bath.
The villa is equipped with free high-speed internet. Swimming pool and
tennis courts are on-site. Sleeps 6, no smoking, no pets.

A shared pool and tennis courts are on site with the beach only a
short cycle ride away. High Speed DSL Access included.
Activities and Attractions
The main attraction of this villa is the proximity to local golf
courses plus easy access to the beach. The numerous cycle paths in the
Shipyard plantation make renting a bicycle a great option.
