Welcome to the Swan Chantier, a spacious, light-filled, lakefront home with panoramic views of Squaw 
Bay from a cathedral wall of windows. This home has been uniquely designed to accommodate families 
and friends for an exceptional vacation on the lake. Relax and sink into the plush recliner amid the 
charming french nautical de'cor and distinctive art. Enjoy the water view and stars while you soak 
in an outdoor hot tub. Swim or sunbathe on the grass beach or recline on the private deck. The 
french provincial dining table expands to fourteen feet to easily serve festive meals for your 
entire group. To create those meals, we have tried to anticipate small details of convenience 
including many small appliances and an honor pantry of spices and small essentials. We have been 
told that the way our kitchen is equipped is the best ever. This house sleeps 6-8 people very

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates:
Depending on season $320.00 a night

Deposit information:
$500.00 deposit must be paid by money order or cashiers check only within 72 hours of of booking. 
$350.00 of the deposit is refundable in no less than 20 day’s following your last night’s stay. 
$150.00 of your deposit is non-refundable due to cleaning inspection and garbage removal.

Cancellation policy:
The booking fee/deposit of $500.00 is non-refundable from the booking if you choose to cancel. All 
rents are non-refundable 30 day’s prior to stay & 90 day’s prior to special events or holidays.
