including many small appliances and an honor pantry of spices and small essentials. We have been

Rates:
$325.00 a night, 5 night minimum stay.

$2150.00 weekly-Holidays require weekly rental.

Deposit information:
$500.00 deposit must be paid by money order or cashiers check only within 72 hours of of booking.
$350.00 of the deposit is refundable 30 days after departure. 
$150.00 of your deposit is non-refundable due to cleaning, inspection and garbage removal.

Cancellation policy:
The booking fee/deposit of $500.00 is non-refundable from the booking if you choose to cancel. All
rents are non-refundable 30 days prior to stay & 90 days prior to special events or holidays.
