The beaches of Spa Buena Vista are superb. The house is on a dead end street, just steps
from the beach and the kids and dog can easily go to the beach unsupervised.

The house is adjacent the Spa Buena Vista Resort. The spa offers a superb restaurant,
additional rooms for visitors and a great pool and hot tub. Fishing trips can also be
arranged at the spa.

The water supplied to our house is spa water, arriving at the water meter at 140 degrees!
It is good mineral water and great to drink, unlike most water in Mexico.

A perfect location to enjoy all the East Cape pleasures. Beach fun, snorkeling, fishing,
windsurfing, hiking, etc, are all just steps away.

The minimum rental period is one week. All rentals are subject to a $275 cleaning fee. All
damages and loss of contents are the responsibility of the renter.

The weekly rental is $950. and this is the minimum rental period. Additional days are
available at the rate of $100 per day ($700 per week). The monthly rental is $2450, so for
any stay of over 3 weeks it is cheaper to pay the monthly rate, and get the fourth week
free.
