Our 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath beautifully decorated townhome is located next 
to the Orange County Convention Center in one of Orlando's newest 
resorts, Vista Cay. Providing upscale accommodations for the executive 
as well as the vacation traveler, our centrally located Florida 
vacation home is perfectly situated with its close proximity to many 
of Orlando's major attractions.  
 
When vacationing or traveling on business, location is key. This brand 
new Orlando vacation home is conveniently located on Universal 
Boulevard within 1/4 mile of Orlando's Convention Center and the 
Shingle Creek Golf Course. Universal Studios/Island of Adventure, City 
Walk, Sea World, and Wet n Wild are each just 5 minutes away. Disney 
World and the Orlando International Airport are just a short 10 to 12 
minute drive. Orlando's exciting International Drive is less than 1/2 
mile away. 
 
After completing an active day of business or visiting the local 
attractions, spend your evening in our peaceful, gated Orlando resort 
community. Listen to music or watch a movie using the BOSE Surround

perfect for a restful night's sleep. The Queen Sleeper Sofa in the 
living room may also be utilized to provide a total sleeping space for 
8 people. Linens are, of course, provided.  
 
The beautiful Vista Cay Resort that houses our townhome is a 
world-class gated community. Vista Cay amenities include a 
clubhouse complete with theater, video library, concierge, fitness 
center, resort-style swimming pool with multi-level deck space, 
children's pool, and basketball court all with a view of beautiful 
Lake Cay. Future development of Harbor Square at the entrance to Vista 
Cay will house fine shopping and restaurant just a short stroll from 
your townhome.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan. 1 to March 31     $200 per night 
April 1 to Dec. 31     $150 per night 
 
Cleaning fee of $85 is waived for stays of 7 nights or longer.  
Booking Fee of $50 may apply for stays of 3 nights or less 
Florida tax of 12.5% applies to all rentals 
 
OCTOBER SPECIAL on available nights     $100 per night 
Cleaning fee of $85/booking fee of $50 apply to all reduced price bookings
