Vacation Rental Description

Completed at the end of 2006 on the North Shore at one of the 
worlds most famous beaches and with over 3500 sq ft and unmatched 
view of the beach and sunsets from dining room, living room, loft-
study, master bedroom, and mini-master. The home has a private road 
along side a spectacular bicycle path that runs from Sunset Beach to 
Waimea Falls. This is beachfront, waterfront living that you dream 
about. The beach and surf photos were taken from the front lanai.
Also named the “Pipe House” by local surfers for the wave shape 
roof, every part of this brand new home is special. Entering through 
the centuries old temple doors you are transitioning from the 
outside of the wave to the inside of the curl as the interior 
follows the roof line with an interior openness that is unique.
Modern stainless steel appointed kitchen with a choice of inside 
formal or outside informal dining. Each bedroom has furniture chosen 
and imported directly from Indonesia and the orient. The master 
bedroom suite on the second floor has its own lanai and a large 
Jacuzzi tub; the mini-master with a 4 poster bed has a roman 
tub/shower that looks out to the water. 
Winter high surf or summer relaxing beach, this is a home near all 
your desired activities that will make your stay special.

Jan - May, Sep - Oct	$800/night for up to eight guests
Jun - Aug       $800 - 1000/night for up to eight guests (min 7d) 
Nov - Dec       $1,000 - 1,500/night for up to eight guests (min 7d)
Holiday weeks   $1,000 - 1,500/night for up to eight guests (min 7d)
Reservation is 50% upon booking. Remaining 
payment is due 60 days prior to check-in. Hawaii 
rental tax of 11.92%, cleaning fee and a refundable damage 
deposit are required. Daily maid service is available. Smaller 
places at the crowded Turtle Bay 
Resorts are over $1,800/night.
