This cottage is located on a quiet side street off Central Avenue - away from the bustle yet close to all that Humarock has to offer. Only a short 2-3 minute walk and you are at the beach, South River and Humarock's center. This is a one level house with 5 rooms which includes 2 bedrooms (one with a sleep loft), den, living room and kitchen. It sleeps 5-7 and features the following:

Humarock is a quiet seaside community in the town of Scituate, MA that lies between the Atlantic Ocean and South River. It offers miles of sand and ocean for walking, swimming, boating, fishing or just plain relaxing. A perfect place for an old-fashioned summer vacation. It is located close to Boston and Plymouth for those interested in a day of sight seeing, history or whale watching.

Saturday to Saturday during Summer months
Weekly rentals available during the summer months.
Late spring and early fall weeks also availabe at a lower rental rate.
If rented for more than 1 week, we will take $100 off the 2nd week's rental rate.
Late Spring -
May 4 - June 22 - $ 900/week
Summer -
June 22 - 29 - $1,200/week
June 29 - August 31 - $1,500/week
Aug. 31 - Sept. 7 - $1,200/week

Early Fall -
Sept. 7 - Oct. 26 - $ 900/week

Check out time: 11:00am
Weekly rentals during the summer season are Saturday to Saturday.
No smoking in the house and no pets.
First time renters - refundable security deposit of $250 required.
