Humarock Beach House in Scituate

One week left at the end of August and weeks in September.

This cottage is located on a quiet side street off Central Avenue - away from the bustle yet close to all that Humarock has to offer.   Only a short 2-3 minute walk and you are at the beach, South River and Humarock's center.  This is a one level house with 5 rooms which includes 2 bedrooms (one with a sleep loft), den, living room and kitchen.  It sleeps 5-7 and features the following:

Inside features:

• Bedrooms: 
  Bedroom (1) -  queen-size bed
  Bedroom (2) -  bunk bed and twin bed plus a sleep loft (w/full-size mattress, window and skylight)
• Den:
  Full-size pullout couch and Cable TV  
• Living room:
  Gas fireplace for chilly nights, cathedral ceiling w/skylight and HD Cable TV  
• Kitchen: 
  Fully equipped (microwave, coffeemaker, toaster & toaster oven, blender and all the usual dishes/pans)
• Bathroom: 
  Brand new full bath in October 2011 with a full-size washer & dryer 

Outside Features:

• Enclosed outdoor shower (hot/cold)
• Gas grill on the sunny side deck
• Shed has a "hangout" area for the kids with a couch, table & chairs  
• Parking for 3-4 cars
• Private beach access off Dartmouth St. and Webster St.

Humarock is a quiet seaside community in the town of Scituate, MA that lies between the Atlantic Ocean and South River. It offers miles of sand and ocean for walking, swimming, boating, fishing or just plain relaxing.  A perfect place for an old-fashioned summer vacation.  It is located close to Boston and Plymouth for those interested in a day of sight seeing, history or whale watching.

• MBTA Greenbush Rail Line- travels from Scituate to South Station in Boston
• Ferries - Can be picked up in nearby Hingham for a trip to Boston; additional cruises for Cape Cod and whale watching can be picked up in Pymouth

Saturday to Saturday during Summer months

Weekly rentals available during the summer months. 
Late spring and early fall weeks also availabe at a lower rental rate.  
If rented for more than 1 week, we will take $100 off the 2nd week's rental rate.

Late Spring - 
June 1 - 22 - $ 900/week

Summer -
June 22 - 29 -             $1,200/week 
June 29 - August 31 - $1,500/week
Aug. 31 - Sept. 7 -      $1,200/week
(Labor Day)

Early Fall - 
Sept. 7 - Oct.  26 - $ 900/week

Check out time: 11:00am

Weekly rentals during the summer season are Saturday to Saturday.
No smoking in the house and no pets. 

If rented for more than one week, we will take $100 off the 2nd week's rental rate.
For those who have not rented from us before, we ask for the rental rate plus a security deposit of $250 which if fully refundable if the house is left in the same condition it is given in.
