Vacation Rental Description

front of one of the two stone fireplaces or enjoy cool mountain 
breezes from one of the two decks . This charming retreat is 
bordered by pink and white rhododendron bushes and set in lush, 
wooded seclusion. Casual elegance with touches of "cabin" describes 
the lovingly chosen decor.     

Only fifteen minutes to downtown Asheville and ten minutes from the 
Biltmore Estate and Blue Ridge Parkway, Rhododendron Cabin is across 
the lane from a twenty three acre nature preserve. Hiking trails, 
streams and gorgeous views are waiting for you to explore. You will 
get away from it all with ever changing views and huge trees, yet be 
close to all that Asheville has to offer. The cabin is crowned by a 
deck with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season (Jan - Mar):  $185 per night, $1,125 per week, $2300 per 
month (Two night minimum)

High Season (Apr - Dec): $1,300 week, $195 per night (Sat-
Sat rentals preferred during peak summer months.)  Inquire for 
reduced monthly rates!

6.75% NC Sales tax, $85 cleaning fee
