Reservation/Security Deposit:
A deposit of $300 is due at the time you make your Reservation.
Provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, or
property damage, the security deposits will be returned in full
approximately one to two weeks after your departure.
Payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. Payment is accepted
by check, money order, or major credit card. Arizona sales tax is
included in the rate.

The property is professionally cleaned before and after your
arrival. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 is required for
all rentals. Additional housekeeping/cleaning is available at the
rate of $125 per day and must be requested at the time of booking
If you cancel fewer than 60 days before your arrival date, no monies
will be refunded unless a replacement booking is obtained. No
refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures.

Check in/arrival time starts at 4pm on the first day of your stay.
Check out/departure time is 11am on the last day of your stay. These
times can be flexible if there if there are no bookings immediately
before or after yours (upon request).
You will receive confirmation of your reservation within 2 days after
we receive the security deposit and signed copies of both
confirmation & rental agreement.
