Summer Rates: $1,200.00 a week (April -
October)
Winter Rates: $1,000.00 a week (November -
March)

Reservation & Security deposit is $500.00 and payable by credit card
at time of reservation. It is refundable for cancellations made up
to 3 weeks prior to occupancy. Any cancellations made less than 3
weeks before occupancy, reservation fee is non-refundable. Rental
fee is due prior to occupancy payable in the form of cash, cashier's
check, money order or credit card. Reservation fee is converted to a
security deposit once occupancy takes place.
